Subscription Agreement Summary
By subscribing to a paid plan with Her Brand & Co., you agree to the following:
Recurring Billing: Your subscription will renew automatically every month (or annually, if selected). You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.
No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to immediate access to digital resources and tools—including templates, workshop replays, and Lucy AI—we do not offer refunds, regardless of usage.
Single-User License: Subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing your login or distributing content is prohibited.
Use of Lucy AI (Boardroom Tier Only): Lucy AI is provided “as is” and is subject to its own Lucy AI Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. You must review and accept those terms before using the service.
Privacy and Data: Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you retain ownership of your content, subject to our license to operate the platform.
Modifications: We may update features, pricing, or terms with advance notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
