Here’s a breakdown of exactly what you’ll learn + takeaways with the Her Brand & Co. Blueprint (90-minute class).

  • The key part of every successful marketing plan, and the framework for how to create a fluid plan that you can repeat every quarter. We’ll teach you exactly what needs to be in your plan so you don’t miss any crucial pieces.

  • How to conduct a marketing audit to understand where your stickiest channels are, and how to create a strategic plan moving forward. Let’s use your past traction to drive strategy, and if you don’t have past traction - we’ll show you how to test and validate the new ideas to include in your plan.

  • You’ll learn how to set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound) revenue goals as the foundation of your marketing plan. Without these SMART goals, you’re floating in space with no real direction. Then we’ll teach you how to separate those goals into categories and buckets to help prioritize your strategies and tactics.

  • Once your SMART goals are defined and you’ve broken them down into buckets, you’ll learn how to segment those ideas into 90-day sprints to prioritize which strategies you should be investing in.

  • No goal or strategy is complete without an associated KPI (key performance indicator). This can be sales, but isn’t always sales. We have to know how to track if the strategy is working so we can measure against our traction. We’ll teach you how to set KPI’s, and use the 3D framework (Do, Delegate, Delay) to prioritize your ideas.
