You’ll learn how to set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound) revenue goals as the foundation of your marketing plan. Without these SMART goals, you’re floating in space with no real direction. Once your SMART goals are defined and you’ve broken them down into buckets, you’ll learn how to segment those ideas into 90-day sprints to prioritize which strategies you should be investing in.

We have to know how to track if the strategy is working so we can measure against our traction.
